Car sales increased 25 percent in Lincolnshire in March on a month-over-month basis, as residents of Lincolnshire purchased four more trucks and cars in March than in the previous month.
In the month of March, the top selling make to Lincolnshire residents was Nissan with a total of three sales. The three Nissan sales in the month broke down into one new and two used. Ford tallied the second-most overall sales (both new and used) with three sales during the month.
The previous month, Acura topped the overall auto sales chart for Lincolnshire residents with a total of two sales, followed by Ford with two sales.
In March, 85 percent of all car sales to Lincolnshire residents came through a local auto dealership, while this share was at 63 percent the previous month. The 85 percent mark in March translated to 17 total sales (and three private sales) originating at dealerships, versus 10 total dealer sales (six private) one month earlier.
